We start with a quick call about how your business runs. Then we build you a free prototype and refine it with you, in up to 3 rounds. Once you've seen it, you decide whether to go ahead. No obligation, and no guilt if you walk away.

You pay two things: a one-off fee to build your app (from S$4,000, depending on how many of your apps we connect) and a monthly fee to run and look after it (from S$300, depending on how quickly you need us to respond). Any build works with any monthly plan. See full pricing.
No. Your build fee and monthly fee are agreed upfront, and they cover running, fixing and updating your app. The only extra is usage: things like AI, SMS or card payments cost a little each time they're used. We'll give you a realistic estimate before you start, so there are no surprise bills.
Once your app is live, there's a 12-month minimum (about how long it takes to pay for itself), then it's month to month. Getting there is low-risk: you pay a deposit, we build the first version, and you only pay the rest if you're happy. If not, you walk away and the deposit is all you've spent.
It depends on what you need. Usually the working version is ready about a month after you say go, and the full app within three months.
Very little. We need about an hour with you at the start to understand how you work. We handle the rest.
Not at all. If you can send a WhatsApp message, you can use what we build. We handle the setup, the upkeep and all the scary stuff.
Most likely. Starter connects 1 of your apps, Growth connects 2 and Pro up to 4. That could be WhatsApp, Instagram, Xero, your POS, your booking system or Google Sheets. Need more? We'll quote it upfront. Not sure about yours? Just ask, it's free to check.
Tell us anyway. About half of what we build is custom. The worst we can say is no, but we usually say yes.
That's what the monthly fee is for. We keep an eye on everything and fix it. Just message us, and we'll usually sort it the same day.
Yes. We don't store your customers' data, and everything we build follows Singapore's data protection law (PDPA). If you're in healthcare or handle sensitive information, we'll walk you through exactly how it's kept safe.
