Not even a little. If you can send a WhatsApp message, you can use what we build. We handle all the setup, maintenance, and the scary stuff.
That's what the monthly fee is for. We monitor, fix, and update everything — you just message us and we sort it out, usually the same day.
Most likely yes. We work with WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Google Sheets, Xero, common POS systems, email, and most booking platforms. Not sure about yours? Just ask — free to check.
There is an initial build cost, as well as a monthly maintenance fee.
Roughly a month to a working foundation — the core workflow doing the basics, live and earning its keep. That's not the whole app; it's the part that matters first, and we build out from there. You'll see a free working prototype within the first week, so you know what you're getting before we start.
Honestly, no — and we wouldn't promise that. A month gets you the foundations: the core workflow doing the basics, actually working. It's the part that earns its keep first. Everything else gets built out from there, once the core's proven itself.
Once it's live and we're running it for you, there's a 12-month minimum — roughly how long it takes for the work to pay for itself. After that, month-to-month. But getting there is low-risk: you start with a deposit, we build the first iteration — the working core — and you only pay for the rest of that build if you're happy with it. Not happy? You walk away, and the deposit's the only thing you've spent. We'd rather earn the year than lock you into it.
Tell us anyway. About half our projects are custom builds. Worst we can say is no — but we usually say yes.
Yes. We don't store your customer data, and everything we build follows Singapore's PDPA guidelines. If you're in healthcare or handle sensitive info, we'll walk you through exactly how it works.
Almost none — and nothing we'd spring on you. Your setup fee and monthly fee are agreed upfront and cover hosting, maintenance, and updates. The one thing on top is usage-based cost — the AI/API calls and any third-party services your tool runs on (things like SMS or payment processing). Those scale with how much you use, so we flag them upfront and give you a realistic estimate. No surprise invoices, ever.
