Response time is how long we take to reply with a plan, not a fix time. Days are calendar days. For critical issues we keep working until it's resolved and update you at least every 24 hours. If personal data might be affected, we tell you within 24 hours.

Yes. Any build works with any monthly plan. For example, a Tier 1 build with Premium support.
A 50% deposit to start the build, and the other 50% when it's done. Your monthly plan starts once your app is live.
Yes. There's a 12-month minimum on your monthly plan, then it's month-to-month.
Extra connected apps beyond your tier, or a big add-on, are quoted upfront, before we start. Need your old data moved across? We'll quote that upfront too. AI and SMS usage is billed on what you use, and we'll estimate it before you start. Fees from other systems you connect, like payment processing, are paid to them directly.
Yes, the prices are firm. The only thing that can change them is an add-on, something big on network or computing power, like live video. Everyday features are part of your build, not add-ons, so they don't cost extra. If anything you ask for would count as an add-on, we'll flag it and quote it upfront, before any work starts.
